The callback form collects a phone number
OLD GROWTH TREE SERVICE, LLC uses that number to call you back. This is a callback request, not a confirmed appointment.
Use
A return call about the work
The number is used so the company can return the call about tree work at the Gypsum, Morrison, or Carbondale yards.
